Refund and Returns Policy


For any queries, the XNORZ customer service helpline(+91 9458003220) is open from Monday to Saturday 10 am to 5 pm. The helpline is closed on Sundays and National Holidays, but if possible XNORZ will try it’s best to resolve queries as soon as possible. 


xnorz provides an option of returning any products purchased within 12 hours of its delivery in the following conditions:


A product cannot be returned once it has been used, worn out or torn/damaged. Please ensure that the product is in original condition and unused. You need to return the product with all the price tags, original packing, labels and invoice.


At times, the outer packaging may appear to be damaged, but the actual product is just fine in most of such cases. XNORZ doesn’t take any liability for the damage of packaging. Get in touch with our customer care at +91 9458003220 (Monday to Friday: 10am to 5pm) within 12 hours of delivery of the product, in case the product arrives damaged.


Please note that if an Incorrect Product(s) is handed by you to our Courier Service Partner, XNORZ shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such Incorrect product while in transit or otherwise.


If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.


Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
